If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your booking, please inform us immediately by contacting our Lodge Team on: 01923 449241.

If you cancel 14 days prior to your arrival date all your monies will be returned.

If you cancel within 14 days but prior to 48 hours of your arrival date we will return 50% of your monies.

If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date all monies will be forfeited. (Covid-19 update: If Government advice requires us to close the site you will receive a full refund. If you or any member of your party receive a positive COVID-19 test, are showing symptoms or are coming from an area with lockdown restrictions in place, we will be more than happy to move your booking to a later date.)
